    Hello,

I just want to share a probable bug with you:
I noticed that my sitemap was broken in Google Search Console: “sitemap can be read, but has errors” 0 URL found (It worked perfectly before when I installed your plugin).

I already had in the past some issues when the “automatic redirections” was ON, so I disabled it.
But I left the “Debug Redirections” On during this time. And it broke my sitemap, I guess because I just deactivated it and now 1 day later my sitemap is working again.

    Hope it helps,
    Have a good day!

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

Sitemaps is usually affected if you have caching. Could you confirm if you have any caching enabled on your site or/and server? If you do, you should add all your sitemap URLs in the list of URLs to never be cached(excluded from caching) then resave your permalinks and sitemap settings. Once this is done, please ensure you have only submitted the main sitemap URL (sitemap_index.xml) in your GSC and let us know if the issue persists.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hi!
Yes I have W3 Cache Plugin, I think they already exclude sitemaps in their caching right? But I don’t think this is the issue. Because as soon as I deactivate the Debug Redirections, the sitemaps work back fine on Google Search Console! I have submitted only the sitemap_index.xml URL.

    Hello,

In that case, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
