We tried to check the sitemap but we are getting a connection time-out error.
1. The sitemaps, by default, are set to noindex as it is not meant to be indexed and appear in the search results.
The sitemap should only be submitted in the sitemaps sections and not in the URL Inspection Tool.
Please submit the sitemaps in the sitemaps section by following this guide:

2. The error on your sitemap page suggests there must be some white spaces before the XML Sitemap’s source code.
