For sitemap, can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
For hiding text, you can use this filter.
Add the filter code in the functions.php file of the theme.

Alternatively, you can remove the displayed review by using custom CSS:
#rank-math-rich-snippet-wrapper {display: none;}

With regards of the Sitemap, clearing sitemap cache did not helped. Also, caching is disabled at the moment, so it doesn’t seem to be it either.
Is there anything else we can try?
