I’m not sure whether I fully understand the question. Could you please describe the issue that you are facing?
The first sitemap URL that you’ve shared is the index sitemap which lists all the enabled sub-sitemaps. Whereas the second one is a sub-sitemap specifically for pages.
I checked and the robots.txt is not accessible from the /formaunivstrasdevstackseo/ directory but it is accessible via the main domain.
Assuming you have a separate WordPress installation in the above directory, please follow this guide and see if the robots.txt is generated:
