I searched your website on Google and there are around 15 indexed results. Upon checking your sitemaps, there are 13 posts, 10 pages, and 1 category.
Upon investigating your website, I found that you have multiple SEO plugins active (Rank Math, Squirrly SEO, XML Sitemap from Jetpack). Also, multiple plugins have active sitemaps and meta tags. Please note that enabling multiple SEO plugins would not result in additionally benefitting the SEO of your website.
Enabling multiple plugins with similar features might result in conflicts and may negatively affect the SEO of the website. It is always recommended to only keep one SEO plugin active.
I also checked your robots.txt file and it is not configured correctly. You’ve mentioned all the sitemap links (including the sub-sitemaps) in the file and the sitemap links are present at the top section of the file.
You should only mention the index sitemap link (i.e, Sitemap: your-domain.com/sitemap_index.xml) and the sitemap statement should be at the bottom of the file.

Once you’ve corrected all the above points, please follow the below steps:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

3. Clear your website’s cache and remove all the sitemaps from your Google Search Console account, and then submit only the main sitemap (your-domain.com/sitemap_index.xml) (please ensure to replace “your-domain.com” with your actual domain).
Further, give Google some time to crawl your website again and see if the pages start getting indexed again.
