Can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
Once done, remove the sitemap from the Search Console and add sitemap_index.xml again and wait for Google to crawl the sitemap.
That should fix the issue. Please let me know if that does not. We are here to assist.
I have performed 1st point and now my sitemap page – https://yourgamingchair.com/sitemap_index.xml is fixed and i am able to see my sitemap page.
But still my after resubmitting sitemap , I am facing this error – Your Sitemap appears to be an HTML page. Please use a supported sitemap format instead
I need to wait for google crawlers or not ??

Hello,
Google might still be seeing the cached version of your sitemap.
You should exclude the sitemap from caching by following step 2 in my previous reply.
Then clear your website cache and remove all the sitemaps from the search console and add sitemap_index.xml again and wait for Google to re-crawl the sitemap.

In the guide given by my colleague, only follow the instruction if you have that specific caching plugin installed on your website. For example, you are only using W3 Total Cache, then follow that instruction and you may disregard the others.
