Could you please follow these steps and see if that fixes the issue?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. please follow this article for more:

3. Clear your website and browser’s cache and check the sitemaps.

I visited I was able to find the sitemap using a query string: https://haklariniogren.com/?sitemap=1. This indicates that the rewrite for sitemaps is not working. To fix this, please follow the guide to enable sitemap rewrites for nginx server: https://rankmath.com/kb/fix-sitemap-issues/#nginx-server-error
