Hello,
Can you please follow these steps?
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/If that won’t help, please share your website URL so we can take a closer look at it from our end.
We are looking forward to helping you on this one.
I didn’t get any benefit from it
My actual problem is that A setting in the Rank Math plugin causes all date based sitemaps to redirect to the main page . Please either enable Date Archives under Misc Pages in your SEO settings or set all Split by options to None under Included post types in your XML Sitemap settings .
Hello,
It seems like you are using XML Sitemap & Google News plugin on your website.
It is not recommended to use multiple sitemap plugins and XML Sitemap & Google News is not compatible with Rank Math sitemaps.
However, to fix this warning, you need to either change the split settings in that plugin or enable Date Archives in Rank Math:
You can enable the Date Archives as suggested by my colleague above:
For the couldn’t fetch error, it is in most cases simply due to a bug in the Search Console.
Please follow this guide to fix the issue:
https://rankmath.com/kb/couldnt-fetch-error-google-search-console/#num-5-2-ensure-sitemap-is-accessibleHope this helps.
Thank you.
My actual problem is that I have a category page (electric vehicles) which is not going to open.
Hello,
Please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Redirections and remove the redirection rule for the Electric Vehicles category.
If there is no redirection rule, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
