  • Hello,

Thanks for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

I can check that your robots.txt file doesn’t have your sitemap mentioned in it. Please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Edit Robots.txt and add this line:
    https://i-pulse.ch/sitemap_index.xml

Except this. everything else seems fine. Please check the Coverage section of your GSC account and see if there are any errors. If there are then please share a screenshot so we can assist you further.

    Looking forward to helping you.

How do i update it ? for each page in english and french please tell me …
You just gave me the page and no steps be more precise how to do that i am using a plugin not to have to code it so it should be easy explain the step easily pls

Please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Edit Robots.txt and add this line:
    https://i-pulse.ch/sitemap_index.xml

I did it in general settings i only have
    Links
    Webmaster Tools
    Analytics
    Content AI

    where do i go

Since you are using an NGINX server, you may need to add the following code to your configuration file if your Sitemap pages are not loading. If you are unsure how to do it, please contact your hosting provider. Click here to see the code.

I contacted divi to check they replied : “Great! I actually can’t help you add those codes because we have no access to your server as mentioned. Please send that code to Dreamhost if your hosting is Dreamhost as they are the best people to help you add that code are the support people from your hosting.”

I contact wordpress they replied : “I checked and it turns out we are not able to add this type of ngnix configuration file due to how our server structure is set up. You would need to check with Rankmath to see if there is another option. Otherwise, you can always use our built in Jetpack sitemaps.”

My side map is all wrong : https://i-pulse.ch/page-sitemap.xml

All the RU ES should not be there the pluggin WPLM made them automatic
i only have En and FR version that should appear.

FR : Accueil, à propos, blog, contact, réservations, nos prix, conditions de ventes . Same for english but in english 🙂

So i am waiting for you

    Hello,

I logged in to your website and checked the settings.

The Sitemap module was disabled on your website, I enabled it and the sitemap is now working fine.

Then, I enabled the Advanced Mode in Rank Math and edited the robots.txt file but the changes are not reflected on the file.

Please login to your web server via FTP and delete the robots.txt file present in the root folder.

It is the same folder where you have your wp-content, wp-admin
    etc.. folders.

Once you delete the robots.txt file, Rank Math’s virtual robots.txt file will take over.

    Hope that helps.

    Thank you.

    HEllo,

    I see FR version https://i-pulse.ch/sitemap.xml
Where is the EN one please

That link is already visible on your robots file: https://d.pr/i/5QZMAx/73f1ufuxlE

You can see that here: https://i-pulse.ch/robots.txt

I would like to understand the goal behind that change though.

The content of my robots.txt file already shows :
    “Sitemap: https://i-pulse.ch/sitemap_index.xml

Should i put anything else here : https://i-pulse.ch/robots.txt

Also can you tell me where is the english version ?

    thanks

    Hello,

I can check that you have also included the sitemap.xml and news-sitemap.xml in your robots.txt file. Please remove them and only keep sitemap_index.xml in the file:

The changes are to make sure that Google is aware of the correct sitemap and crawls it without any issues.

And all the languages are included inside your sitemap_index.xml, there is no need to submit a separate sitemap for each language.

Please don’t hesitate to get in touch in case you need any other assistance.

    Thanks.

    Re,

    I downloaded a plugin called Robots.txt Editor
    And changed : Sitemap: https://i-pulse.ch/sitemap.xml
    to Sitemap: https://i-pulse.ch/sitemap_index.xml

Please let me know if this fix it.

Also confirm it’s ready for english and french version

    Thanks

    Please forget that

Based on your message I think I should be all set now

please check : You can now see the default robots.txt file that “Rank Math SEO” uses is active on your site: https://i-pulse.ch/robots.txt

    i see

    User-agent: *
    Disallow: /wp-admin/
    Allow: /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php

    Sitemap: https://i-pulse.ch/sitemap_index.xml

Please confirm that sitemap includes both languages french and english .

    Hello,

    Thank you for your patience.

I’ve checked your robots.txt, and it is already showing the correct format/rules.

If you have multiple versions of a page for different languages or regions, your multi-language plugin adds hreflang tag to your translated content so Google knows that it is a translated version of some other page. Your main sitemap URL should be fine in your robots.txt.

    I hope that helps.

    Thank you.
