Hello,
Thank you for contacting us and we regret the inconvenience caused.
The correct address to submit the sitemap is
http://www.mydomain.com/sitemap_index.xml.Please follow the below steps and see if that fixes the issue:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/3. Clear your website’s cache and remove all the sitemaps from your Google Search Console account, and then submit only the main sitemap (
http://www.mydomain.com/sitemap_index.xml) (please ensure to replace “mydomain.com” with your actual domain). You can also follow this guide to submit the sitemap to your Google Search Console account:
https://rankmath.com/kb/submit-sitemap-to-google/Further, give Google some time to crawl your website again and see if the issue gets fixed.
Hope this helps.
Thank you.

Hello,
I can check that your sitemap is working and validating fine:
Can you please share a screenshot of the issue that you are getting in your GSC account? You can use a tool like https://imgbb.com/ to share the screenshots.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thanks.
hi
this is the message im getting
https://ibb.co/9gGJFcw
thanksHello,
I accessed the sitemaps as Googlebot and the sitemap is properly accessible. You can have a look at the screenshot in the sensitive data section of this ticket.
However, it seems like the sitemaps are still getting cached. Could you confirm if you’re using the SG Optimizer plugin? If yes, then please exclude this URL from getting cached:
https://www.your-domain.com/*sitemap*(please replace “your-domain.com” with your actual domain). You can follow this article to exclude the URL from getting cached:
https://www.siteground.com/tutorials/wordpress/sg-optimizer/supercacher/#:~:text=purging%20to%20work.-,Exclude%20URLs%20from%20Caching,-In%20certain%20casesAlso, I checked the robots.txt file on your website and I noticed that you’ve mentioned the sitemap URL in the same line as the allow rule. I’ve added a screenshot in the sensitive data section of this ticket for a quick reference.
Please edit the robots.txt file and move the sitemap statement to a new line.
Once the above points are taken care of, please clear your website’s cache and wait for Google to crawl the website again and see if the issue gets fixed.
Hope this helps.
Thank you.
