Hi Geoff,
Thanks a lot for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
Please de-authorize GSC and authorize it again.
If that doesn’t work, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
We are getting an error when authorizing it again:
Please make sure that the account you are using to authorize is an admin account.
To help you further with this, please add s******@r*********** as an admin to that property. We will then add authorize it from our end and try to tackle any issues we encounter.
Thank you.
Ok – we changed the email address associated with the user: Rank (above) to s******@r*********** per your instructions.
Or did you mean adding s******@r*********** to some other place?
Hi there,
Thanks for the question.
Please add the email address as a property owner on your Google search console.
Here is an article for your guidance : https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/7687615?hl=en
I hope this info helps. Thank you.
I added s******@r*********** Google says you are also an owner of the property along with c*@p*************
Note that I verified csprophotobb.com (in google search console) and my client’s website appeared on the drop down when I went back into the site admin panel. I updated the data set manually (rather than waiting until December!) and everything is still empty.
Looking forward to next steps. This has been a royal pain so far but I’m willing to stick it out because I see good things for your feature set for agency’s like ours. However, I can’t be an isolated case making this work. Hopefully this will result in some type of documentation update?
Hi,
I just logged into your website and the domain appears in the drop down just fine:
Please note that your website URL does not contain www but your verified URL is http://www.domain.com
Please verify both variations of your domain and choose the correct one from your drop down.
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Is this why my 90 day cache shows zero rows even after a manual refresh?
HI Geoff,
Thanks for the question.
Yes this is the reason, you need to ensure that you verify the right site URL so that Rank Math will be able to fetch the data from the search console.
I would suggest that you perform the DNS verification method so as to verify all the variations of your site URL. If this are all verified please choose the right one from the dropdown to fix the fetching issues.
I hope this info helps. Thank you.
