Hello,
I am trying to set up under the advanced settings, however when I reach the analytics tab, I am unable to select my site under search console. It just says no results found. I checked my rank math account, and my site is currently listed there as connected. Could you please assist me with this? Thank you.

Hello,
Thanks for contacting us, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Please make sure you’ve connected Rank Math with your correct Google account. If so, then I would like to request you to re-connect your Google account with Rank Math by following the steps I’ve mentioned below, without skipping them.
#1 ~ Remove Rank Math’s access from Google
Please remove RankMath’s app from your Google apps permissions:
https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
#2 ~ Re-connect to regenerate auth token from Google
After that, reconnect the Google account again, to regenerate the auth token from Google, by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics and configure the Search Console and Analytics settings again:
#3 ~ Grant all necessary permissions
Kindly check all necessary checkboxes to allow Rank Math to access some of the Google Services. Please check my screenshot below for reference:
#4 ~ Setup Analytics
Once the above process is done, please follow the URL below to setup Rank Math Analytics properly:
https://rankmath.com/kb/connect-your-google-account/#num-3-connect-to-search-consoleAfter that, please try fetching data from Google Analytics by following the URL below and wait for a while to see if that works for you:
https://rankmath.com/kb/analytics-issues/#scheduled-actionsLet us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.
Thank you.
I have completed all steps up until #4, but when I try to set up Rank Math Analytics, I am still unable to select my website in the search console. It says no results found.
Hello,
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Hi Nigel,
I’ve generated a temporary login URL for you here. It expires on 1/7. Thank you.
Hello,
The temporary login URL you shared is no longer working, kindly renew or extend it so we can troubleshoot the issue further.
Looking forward to helping you.
Hi there,
I’ve extended the same temporary login for another week.
Hello,
The current login link has very limited capabilities and we cannot access the complete settings from our plugin.
Please make sure to update the login credentials to admin-level so we can debug the issue.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
Ok it has been updated to admin level. Thanks for your help.
Hello,
Thank you for providing access for us. We are able to replicate the issue here.
Please make sure that you are not connecting to Google Search Console via a domain property but rather a URL prefix and that you have verified the correct version of your website on the Google Search Console (HTTP or HTTPS, www or non-www).
After confirming that, please follow again carefully all the steps from here.
If the issue persists, please add the email of one of our developers specialized in the Analytics module to your website’s Google Analytics and Search Console. This is the email address:
m*******@r***********This way he could debug the connection and fully understand what’s causing the issue.
You can follow this guide to add a user in the Search Console:
https://rankmath.com/kb/add-user-to-google-search-console/To add a user Analytics: https://rankmath.com/kb/add-user-to-google-analytics/
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
