Site not seeing AI Credits

We apologize for the issue you are facing with your AI credits not appearing on your site. To resolve this, please follow these steps:

1. Check Your Account: Ensure that you are logged into the correct Rank Math account where you purchased your Content AI credits. You can verify your credits by visiting your Rank Math account area.

2. Refresh Credits in WordPress: Go to your WordPress admin area and navigate to Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI. Here, you should see an option to refresh your credits. Click on the refresh icon to update the credits count.
   

3. Reconnect Your Account: If the credits still do not appear, try disconnecting and reconnecting your Rank Math account. You can do this by going to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, then disconnect and reconnect your account.
   
   

4. Check for Credit Limits: If you are using a Business or Agency plan, ensure that you have not reached the credit limit for your domain. You can increase the limit by going to the Connected Websites section in your Rank Math account.
   

After following these steps, check if your AI credits are now visible. If you continue to experience issues, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from our support team will assist you further.

We have gone ahead and changed your email address to the preferred one.

As for your password, after signing up with Rank Math, you should be able to receive an email containing your username and password.

You can request a password reset link by going to https://rankmath.com/my-account/, and click on forgot password.

On the next page, enter the registered email and click on reset password.

You will receive the password reset link in your email.

If you are still having issues changing your password, let us know here and we will assist you further.

Lastly, for your AI credits issue, we have gone ahead and disconnected your website from our side so you can reconnect it. This is to properly sync your website to our system.

You should see in your WordPress dashboard that your Rank Math account is disconnected from the plugin.

Please reconnect your Rank Math plugin to your Rank Math account again. To do that, navigate to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.

Please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

Once done, please go back to using Content AI and it should work without any issues.
