Based on the information provided, it seems like there might be an issue with the API key location or accessibility. To resolve this, please follow these steps:
- Check the API key location by clicking on the Check Key button under the API Key location in Rank Math. Ensure that the API key is accessible to search engines as shown in the screenshot below:

If the API key file is not opening or redirects to a 404 page, it means the API key was not created automatically. In this case, you need to create a txt file in the root directory of your website manually.

Check the IndexNow History tab in Rank Math’s Instant Indexing to review the URLs submitted and their response codes. A "200 – OK" response indicates successful submission for indexing.

From your screenshot, it seems that you’re using IndexNow.
Please note that the IndexNow API is for Bing and Yandex search engines only.
You may need to follow the steps in our guide here religiously for Google’s Instant Indexing API:

Moreover, you should check your Google Search Console coverage section to determine any issues reported on your URLs that may have prevented your site from being indexed:
