Please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Title & Meta and in the Post tab, check if the title is set %title% %sep% %sitename% (https://i.rankmath.com/i/hb84HZ) or is it set in the opposite way? Also, would you please share your website URL so that we can investigate it little further.

My Title & Meta in the Posts tab is %title% and in the Pages is %title% %page% %sep% %sitename%. But the site name is still display in front of all pages titles.

I checked the homepage as well as few inner pages. In the inner pages, the sitename is showing at the end with the domain name at the beginning.
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

I checked your site with Health Check plugin and found that the title with your domain name is getting added by your theme Panorama. Please check the screencast in the sensitive data section for your reference.
In order to resolve this issue, please get in touch with the theme developer to make sure they don’t add the title to your site.
