You can turn on the 404 monitor module in Rank math dashboard to check if any of your URLs lead to a 404.
The sitemap is generated by Rank math automatically depending in your permalink settings. You can check if the sitemap URL in Rank math > sitemap settings is the URL you submitted in GSC. If it is different in any way, please verify your site in the GSC again and resubmit your sitemap.
