Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
1. We checked your sitemap and it seems to be working just fine as you can see from this screenshot below:
2. The robots.txt too also loads differently on our end as it shows the default configuration:
If this is the intended rule, you can remove the /sitemap.xml line and retain only the /sitemap_index.xml.

This issue may be just a caching situation from your end so please clear your website and browser caches and try checking them again.
