Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.
I’ve checked your sitemap, and it is already redirecting to sitemap/index.xml. However, your main sitemap is returning a 404 error.
To remove the /index.php in the sitemap URL, ensure that your permalink setup does not have the index.php on your WordPress dashboard > Settings > Permalinks.
Then, please follow these steps to flush your sitemap cache:
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp
2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/
Regarding the noindex, you’ll get the error if you inspect your sitemaps because, by default, sitemaps are set to noindex as they are meant to be crawled and not to be displayed on the search results pages.
Hope that helps.
Thank you.
