Thank you for that additional information.
I’ve checked your site, and it seems that you have manually added a custom Canonical URL on your homepage. Please see the screenshot in the designated Sensitive Data section.
If you are using a custom canonical URL in the advanced tab of Rank Math, we do not include that URL in the sitemap because there is no purpose in having a page without a self-canonical URL in the sitemap. The main purpose of adding a custom canonical to your pages/posts is to let Google know that it is a duplicate page, and not to be indexed.
However, I’ve already removed the canonical URL from your homepage and your sitemap is already updated. Please also follow the same steps for your posts/pages that are still not showing in your sitemap.
Once your sitemap is already working fine, please remove all the sitemaps you have submitted, and resubmit your main sitemap only /sitemap_index.xml, and give Google some time to recrawl your website.
