    Hello,

I have checked your page sitemap and it contains one URL the privacy policy page (Check screenshot in sensitive data section)

Please make sure you have marked the pages as index for them to appear in the sitemap.

I hope this helps. Looking forward to helping you.

I checked the sitemap again. still, it is showing this XML Sitemap contains 0 URLs.
Actually, I have 3 pages on my website. The homepage is the Static landing page of my website, and the indexing is checked also. I am adding the screenshot. please have a look, I don’t know what to do now.

    Hello,

Thank you for keeping in touch with us.

Can you please follow these steps?

    1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:
    https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp

    2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

Let me know how it goes. We are looking forward to helping you.

No, my problem is still not being solved. still, the sitemaps contain 0 URLs.

    Hello,

Thank you for keeping in touch with us.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I tried logging in to your site but unfortunately, the access is limited.

Could you please provide admin-level access for us to investigate further?

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

Can you please also check the 404 monitor page in rank math and tell me, should I ignore all of them or not. I don’t know why they keep generating?

    Hello,

Thanks for getting back to us.

It seems that your sitemap is being heavily cached. You can follow this tutorial on how to exclude your sitemap from being cached: https://rankmath.com/kb/exclude-sitemaps-from-caching/

More specifically it seems that your website is using Cloudflare and that’s what seems to be caching the sitemap here.

Regarding your 404 errors, we only report the 404s. We do not have information on how or why they are generated. You can get further insight into them by enabling the advanced monitor at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > 404 Monitor.
    404 monitor

That will give you more information like referrer and user-agent. You can use that information to track down the source or find out if it is just bots generating those errors.

You can also fix these errors by redirecting them to a related page on your website:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/fix-404-errors/

Or, you can add them to the exclusion list at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > 404 Monitor > Exclude Paths
    Exclude paths

Hope this helps solve your issue.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you require any further assistance.

I have already followed that step to exclude the sitemap from the cache. still, my problem has not been solved.

I am facing this problem for 2 past 2 weeks already. But still, no solution. I have followed every step you guys told me to do. but the solution has found still now.

    Hello,

Thank you for following up, and sorry for the delay.

Could you please remove all the sitemaps you have submitted, then resubmit your main sitemap only /sitemap_index.xml/?

If the issue still persists, it seems that you have removed the access for us to further investigate this issue. Could you please add them again in the designated Sensitive Data section?

Thank you, and we really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,
