Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
Please note that a URL must be set to index
and have a self-referencing canonical URL to be included in the sitemap.
We can confirm that your category page is currently set to noindex
as you can see from the screenshot below:

To fix this, please head over to your WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → Titles & Meta → Categories and make sure the robots meta is set to index
