Site Map Can't Discover URL - Support

Hello there,

I have an issue with the sitemap. The site map can’t discover my URL. So, I delete it from my webmaster and submit it again but still can discover only 2 URLs [screenshot:https://prnt.sc/yak6va ].

Also, I can visit https://homerdiy.com/sitemap_index.xml but when I click on post or page sitemap it not opening.

I am using now the Wp-rocket plugin and I deleted all cache and added codes to never cache sitemap. I found that code on your site. Still can’t discover URLs.

So, can you check and let me know where is the issue and how can I fix it?

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Could you please do the following:

1. Head over to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks

Hit the save button once.

2. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings

Hit the save button once.

3. Make sure you clear your Cache. If you are using the Cache plugin.

That should fix the issue.

Hello,

Thank you for following up.

I’ve checked your sitemaps and getting an empty page for post and page sitemap.xml. Upon further investigating, it seems that you have a static file with the same name as your sitemap file (sitemap_index.xml).

You should FTP into your server and remove any sitemap file, as Rank Math will create a virtual sitemap file for your website. Then, please flush again your sitemap cache (steps above) to update.
