Can you please explain your issue further? Your current website has the SSL added to it, hence, you are seeing HTTPS and all the variations are redirecting to it. See screenshot #1 in the sensitive data section.
Google tends to show this on the SERP and it seems to be working well. Also, Google prefers websites with HTTPS as this is much more secure. See screenshot #2
If it seems that I am missing something. Please explain your issue in detail so we can provide a much better solution or advice.

From your screenshot, it seems that you have added a space before the website name. Please refer to the screenshot added in the sensitive data section.
To use the site: operator, make sure that it is only 1 word without space like this:
site:yourwebsite.com

Yes, it mostly happens when you have good internal linking or use the Instant Indexing plugin.
Please note that if the URLs are getting discovered by other means, then the discovered URLs in the sitemap section can be zero. Each time Google uses a sitemap to find a URL, the count of the Discovered URLs increases by one.
When the count of the Discovered URLs is zero or does not match your actual sitemap, it means Google didn’t use the sitemap to find the URLs.
