    I followed your instructions but didn’t solve the problem. I try, try try .. as your suggestions but ? Nothing solve.

    So I have now deactivated the plugins:

    Rank Math SEO PRO and
    Rank Math SEO

    and everything work as well

    I will test the site without your two plugins for one day, if I don’t find any problems I want to terminate the contract to get my money back because your plugins are not reliable.

    Hello everyone,
    I did everything you asked for but nothing worked.
    the support team, also very slow to respond, did not solve the problem.
    Instead, since I deactivated your plugin, everything works fine.
    I am not interested in keeping your PRO plugin installed and therefore request a refund and deactivation of the PRO account

    Hello,

    As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.

    As of the month date, you won’t be able to access those PRO files in the member area on Rank Math.

    Of course, we’re very sorry to see you go.
