The speed of my system has decreased in the last week. When I disable the plugin, the site speeds up again.what can i do about it

Please install a query monitor plugin on your site to check if there are queries from Rank math causing this issue. You can also share some screenshots of the differences so we can check from our end.
If this doesn’t help, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
