    Hello,
    I’ve never used Rank Maths before, but have installed it and now get this error instantly.
    I uninstalled and reinstalled it but the same issue occurs.
    Am I right in saying it could be a permissions error, and if so, can I suppress it somehow?

    Yes, you’re correct about the file permissions.

    You can also try applying the solution to your staging site and let us know if it still persists. If so, please provide your staging login URL so we can continue investigating.

    Hello,

    When we accessed the staging site we were not able to see the error message anymore.

    Could you please clarify if you have followed the instructions in the topic my colleague mentioned and if that helped solve the issue?

    Could you please share the latest error log where you see the issue appearing?

    We logged in to your website but couldn’t find any error log in the default location.
