Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math today, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
The solution is to delete your existing.htaccess file and have WordPress create a new one for you.
To do so, use FTP or the cPanel File Manager to connect to your server:
To ensure that you have a backup, download the existing.htaccess file to your local computer.
Delete the.htaccess file on your server once you’ve backed up the existing.htaccess file.
Go to Settings Permalinks and click Save if you can log in after deleting the file. This makes WordPress create a new.htaccess file. You don’t have to make any changes; simply click the Save button.
If you still can’t log in, the issue was most likely not with your.htaccess file. More information can be found on this blog. https://themeisle.com/blog/cant-access-wp-admin/
I hope this information is helpful, and please do not hesitate to contact us if you require any additional support.
Thank you.
