Looking at your code it seems that you are using the auto-generated description for the page. Kindly try adding the content manually and let me know if the content shows up as expected.

The reason the source code/shortcode shows up is that We are currently supporting only the content generated through HTML and not blocks or Shortcodes. So, unfortunately, the plugin cannot detect the content inside those shortcodes.
With that said, we are working on an API that will help other themes/plugin developers to tap into the API and make their product compatible with the Rank Math plugin.
