Could you please confirm if you’re using the instant indexing plugin on your site?
We’re asking because we have identified this issue with the instant indexing from our latest update. To fix this, please deactivate/disable the instant indexing plugin temporarily on your site.
If you’re unable to login to your site, access your website’s root directory via FTP and rename the folder fast-indexing-api in /wp-content/plugins/. You can get in touch with your web host for assistance to access your website files.
Our development team is already working to resolve this and we would really appreciate your kind patience regarding this matter.

In this case, can you please share the error log with us instead?
Having the error log file will give us a clear idea of why you are having issues with Rank Math.
You can also follow this guide to enable debugging mode in WordPress to get the error log

Or you can ask your web host and they should be able to help you locate the log files.
