When you change a post’s URL, Rank Math creates a redirect to the new URL. If you then change it back to the original URL, it can create an infinite loop, causing the post not to open.
To resolve this issue, please check the redirects in your Rank Math settings:
- Go to the Redirections section in Rank Math.
- Look for any redirects that have the same source and destination URLs.
- If you find any, delete them and see if you can access your post afterward.

Can you please confirm if you have the same URL for any attachment page? If so, please head over to Rank Math > General Settings > Links, and from there disable the Redirect Attachments option and see if that works for you:
