Rank math has an option to import data and settings from Yoast. This can be done while going through Rank math setup wizard or by heading to Rank math > Status & Tools > Import & Export under the other plugins section.
If all data is imported correctly then the should be no negative impact to your SEO as your pages optimization would be retained as before.
