Thanks, i have checked but I don’t think the site was hacked because the site was brand new. The site also has no older database. All is new😑

The site does not need to have an older database, the hackers seem to be cloaking your pages through redirects which can only be detected by search engine bots.
I can suggest that you log in to your search console dashboard to check for red flags and also replace your .htaccess file as recommended on the guide above.
