Showing double meta tag description in a page

    Hey team,

    I need to show only one meta tag description in a page, How can i solve this issue. Please check in screenshot and help me to solve out.

    Note: If i use below filter, it is working and hide first line meta description. but when I add content in meta description by using “Edit Snippet button” in the page. then that content is now showing on view source. please please help me.. how can i fix?

    add_filter( ‘rank_math/frontend/description’,’__return_false’);

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    These meta tags that you are pointing aren’t duplicates they are different when it comes to bots.

    The generic meta description which you first see is mainly for Search engines and the second description (Opengraph) is used for Facebook and other supported social media.

    I suggest not removing any of them as they have their separate purposes when it comes to search optimization.

    I can check that there is a second meta description tag on your page that is being added by your theme or another plugin:
