With that said, it seems like WP Debug mode is enabled via the wp-config.php file. Which is why you are seeing issues related to Elementor even when Rank Math is disabled.
Please turn off the debug mode and then check.

The issue you are seeing is not an actual error, it is just a notification to alert the developer that the function used is not recommended and there most likely a better/updated way of doing the same. It is nothing to be worried about from our end.
