If there are only a few pages where the breadcrumbs are to be applied, then the easiest approach is to use the shortcode.
Alternatively, you can edit the breadcrumbs code and add a condition that allows the addition of breadcrumbs only on the required pages:
<?php if (function_exists('rank_math_the_breadcrumbs')) rank_math_the_breadcrumbs(); ?>

The shop has quite a number of products and this will only increase over time.
How would I need to change the breadcrumb code so they only show on the WooCommerce pages and it also applies to new products.

You can use the code given below in a template file of your theme to apply the breadcrumbs to your shop and all of your products:
if (function_exists('rank_math_the_breadcrumbs') && is_woocommerce()) rank_math_the_breadcrumbs();

You can insert the code to your theme child’s functions.php file. If your child theme doesn’t have this file, you can create it via your FTP. Just ensure to enclose the code my colleague provided with <?php ... ?> tags.

I have created a header.php file in your child theme and added the code inside it. Now the breadcrumbs are visible on your Shop & Product pages.
