If you are using a page builder to create your posts or pages, like Elementor, sometimes these page builders use shortcodes (small snippets of code that output content) to display certain information. When you are editing the page/post your score should reflect the content being inserted with those shortcodes.
However, when you see your pages/posts list on the WordPress Dashboard you might see a lower score because at that moment WordPress is not aware of the content being displayed by the shortcodes and thus calculates the score based on that.
The SEO Analysis score focuses on your whole website. The Basic SEO section refers to your homepage, and the rest will be for your whole site. Here’s a link for more information on how each of the tests works in the SEO Analysis:
