Sharing Problem With mobile Device

    Hello, I Just Got Problem When i am sharing from my website, From mobile device Post, It Does not Comes With Description and Image, And When i am Sharing with my PC, it comes with images and Description with.

    How to Fix this issue?

    P.S Cache Plugin is up to dated, so its not problem.
