    hi,
I post again, but I still have the same issue, with multiples websites.
I have follow all your steps, but always have a missing image og for Linkedin inspector.
Image is in 1200×630, JPG, cache clear… and the error message is No image found, despite I can see it in head tags.
I use Divi, my pictures inside posts are in webp, but in JPG for OG.
I can’t find where the issue come from…
    Hope you can help me.
    Thanks a lot

  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with the Open Graph image not displaying on LinkedIn. It sounds like you’ve already taken several important steps to troubleshoot this problem. Here are a few additional things you can check:

    1. Check Open Graph Tags

Make sure that the Open Graph tags are correctly set up in the head section of your website. You can use the Facebook Sharing Debugger to see how your page is being interpreted by social media platforms. Although it’s primarily for Facebook, it can also provide insights for LinkedIn.

    2. Image Accessibility

Ensure that the image URL is publicly accessible. Sometimes, images may be blocked by robots.txt or require authentication to view.

    3. Cache and CDN

If you are using a Content Delivery Network (CDN), ensure that the cache is cleared there as well. Sometimes, CDNs can serve cached versions of your pages that do not reflect recent changes.

    4. Image Format

While you mentioned that the image is in JPG format, ensure that there are no issues with the file itself. You might want to try re-uploading the image or using a different JPG file to see if that resolves the issue.

    5. Divi Theme Settings

Since you are using Divi, check if there are any specific settings related to Open Graph or social sharing images within the theme options that might be overriding your settings.

If you’ve gone through all these steps and still face issues, we recommend replying to your ticket with your website URL so that a human agent from our support team can assist you further. They will be able to provide more specific guidance based on your website’s configuration.

Thank you for raising this concern, and we hope to help you resolve it soon!

    Hi,
I have already made all this steps, still having the issue.

hi again, to save time :

    – validate and Ok on https://developers.facebook.com/
    – access 200 on httpstatus.io
    – image in jpg
    – 292 Ko
    – image is 1200 x 630px
    – file name is I think ok, (symbiose-by-pauline-eloy-1200×630.jpg)
    – litespeed cleared
    – Health check plugin, everything is ok (and same result when trying to validate in linkedin post inspector)
Hope you could help me, I have 3 sites with this bug 🙁
    Thanks

    Hello,

We checked the page URL you’ve shared with LinkedIn Post Inspector, and we can see the OG image is showing there properly without any issues. Please check the screenshot in the sensitive data section for your reference.

If you’re still facing the issue, please clear your website and browser cache and check again.

Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

yes, this one is now working fine ! but, I don’t get it, when I change a picture for a jpg in an existing post, in right format, and clearing website, browser… it’s still not working. I will try again in 2 days, because it was the same for the url I send you (not working the first day I’ve change it, and now works fine…). As soon as I can, I will also try by creating a new post / page /product or whatelse, and before publishing, change the image of Social for a jpg one. And see if it works…
If you have any idea, I’ll take it ! Linkedin is absolutly not helping…
    Thanks a lot

    Hello,

Sure, let us know how this goes.

Meanwhile, if you’re updating images or content, you must use the Post inspector tool to refresh LinkedIn’s cache for that URL.

    Looking forward to helping you.

I use it, but nothing change for the last post I’ve updated. Inspect 5 times…

    Hello,

Please note that LinkedIn prioritizes the oEmbed code over the OpenGraph meta tags.

For a workaround, you can choose to disable the oEmbed by following this guide:

Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.
