  • Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Could you please perform a fresh install of the plugin by adding the following snippet on your theme’s functions.php file and then deleting the plugin:

    /**
     * Filter to remove Rank Math data from the database
     */
    add_filter( 'rank_math_clear_data_on_uninstall', '__return_true' );

    This will delete everything that is related to Rank Math in your database and then you can perform a fresh install.

    Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Thank you very much for the reply Davis,

    as I have said in my original ticket, that I have already used the provided snippet in my Functions.php in themes folder, but that doesn’t work at all.

    I have provided the link for that in my original post.

    Please help

    Thank you.

    Hi,

    Could you please check your website URL settings at WordPress Dashboard > Settings > General?

    Make sure they are correct.

    Then, please open the following link if you are using a single site setup of WordPress?
    website.com//wp-admin/admin.php?page=rank-math-registration

    and for multi-site:
    website.com/wp-admin/network/admin.php?page=rank-math

    If that doesn’t help, please disable the plugin and reactivate it again. You would notice this icon:

    Clicking that should open the setup wizard of the plugin.

    Please let me know if that helps.

    Oh, and if that doesn’t work, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

    It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

    You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

    We really look forward to helping you.
