Strange, when I “Save and Continue” on the “Your Site” page, I can see “https://devseo…” is enter in the Site field but after a second it just dissappears!

This is happening because you likely have already connected to Google Services on this website before and the transients from our plugin are picking up these settings and associating your website with Google Search Console.
Please note that the Setup Wizard is only intended to run on the first installation and after that, all the settings should be controlled from their specific pages inside the plugin settings.
