  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

Could you please share your website URL so we can check? You can add it in the sensitive data section.

Meanwhile, are you using Firefox or Safari by any chance?

If yes, can you please try this in Google Chrome? You can also try in an incognito window of Google Chrome.

Please reconnect the Google account in Google Chrome and see if the property is displayed:
    reconnect

    I hope that helps.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Have you tried setting up the Analytics settings again using a different browser as suggested by my colleague?

I checked your website and the analytics property is still not installed.

If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress login in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

Sorry, our security policy doesn’t allow me to.

I’ll wait until Rankmath supports GA4

    Hello,

Sure, you can wait or you can also create a staging website and we would investigate there and your live website won’t get affected by the troubleshooting.

Just to confirm, did you reconnect the Google account after creating the Universal Analytics property? If not, please reconnect as suggested by my colleague and see if that updates the dropdown options.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Than you.

    Ok, thanks.

I assume that when I would create a test-site at subdomain test.recquipment.nl I also have to create an Analytics property test.recquipment.nl, is that correct?

    Hello,

If you wish to create a test website, the URL should also match in your Google Search Console so yes, you need to create a new property for that as well.

Looking forward to helping you on this one.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    I’ve created a Universal property devseo.recquipment.nl

and a copy of my site, same url.

Please have a look (I’m sorry most of it is in Dutch)

    Hello,

Just to confirm, have you created the property using the GA3 version? Usually, if you can’t see any property in Rank Math’s Analytics settings, this could only mean that you are using a different version of your Analytics property. Kindly confirm that.

I’m sure I did, see screenshot:

    Hello,

Can you please confirm that you reconnected the Google account after creating the Universal Analytics property? If not, please reconnect and see if that updates the dropdown options.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Than you.

Did a reconnect few seconds ago, not seeing any sites yet.

    Hello,

We suspect that this might be an issue related to your hosting. Allow me to check this one with our dev team and confirm.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Just got word from our dev team and it doesn’t concern with regards to your hosting.

I went ahead and further check and it seems your website is now listed as you can see in my screenshot in the Sensitive Data section.

Please proceed with setting the Account, Property, and the View.

If this still isn’t working from your end, kindly try a different browser.

Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you on this one.
