Thanks for your reply. I have already tested all the suggested troubleshooting steps:
Cleared all caches (server + Cloudflare).
Disabled all plugins except Rank Math.
Switched to a default WordPress theme (Twenty Twenty-Five).
Checked server/PHP error logs → no fatal errors.
Increased PHP memory limit.
Unfortunately, the issue still persists on production: the Setup Wizard shows only a blank page.
The problem occurs only in production. Local and staging sites with the same setup work fine.
Even with all plugins disabled and a default theme, the issue persists.
Could you please escalate this to a human support agent? My site is eco.sapo.pt
