    Hi guys,

    Downloaded the plugin, activated and clicked settings and/or setup wizard, and get taken to a page “wp-admin/admin.php?page=rank-math-wizard” with message Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

    Have created an account, and logged in.

    Have deleted the plugin and reloaded it twice – same issue

    What have I missed in the set up?

    Did that, found an Update to the plugin, Updated, still “You are not allowed…”

    We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    Rank Maths is working now. I was able to access setup wizard from the sub-level menu item under Setting menu item on the WordPress dashboard
