    I dont need to install another plugin to add an admin that`s on board right? but anyways I need and email of yours otherwise I cant add nobody.

    Your email and password are still not working on our end. In this case, please use our email s******@r*********** and use any first or last name. Please also ensure that the user has admin-level access to your site to investigate this issue further.

    Thank you for that information.

    The login credentials are already working. When I checked the Google API, it’s already fulfilled.

    However, I’ve replicated the issue on the general settings that the changes are not getting saved. I’ve also used our guide to rule out a plugin/theme conflict, but the issue still persists even when Rank Math and a default theme are only activated.

    In this case, please check with your web host and ask to increase these PHP values for your site:

    PHP Memory Limit: 512M
    Max input time: 150

    Please also check if there’s any firewall or the Mod Security feature that might be enabled in your server that prevents the settings to be saved.

    I have no clue what that is really +. I can’t change the webhost settings with strato they told me I have to book another server package…

    The only solution to get the website back to work like normal, was to install a backup which I did this morning.
