Settings not saved

  • I cannot make any changes to the settings in the analysis because they are not saved. Whenever I save and then reload the page, the setting is reset. What can I do?

    4. Plugin Conflicts: Other plugins may conflict with Rank Math. Try deactivating other plugins temporarily to see if that allows you to save your settings.

    Thank you for your fast respond. Forget to say, that other changes are possible the save.. only on the analysis settings are not possible to change and save.

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    The SEO Analyzer seems to be saving just fine after we run the test as you can see from the screenshot we shared in the Sensitive Data section.

    If you’re referring to the Content Analysis and the meta information, we tried doing some changes there as well and we are able to do it without any issues. Please check the video screencast we also shared in the sensitive data section of this ticket.

    If it seems we are missing something, please share a screenshot or video screencast from your end showing the issue so we can replicate it and advice for a solution accordingly.

    Ok, now it works for me too. I had the same problem on another website, it was still there until just now. I deactivated and reactivated the plugin there too and now it works there too. So that was the solution… 😉
