    Rank Math free

I am trying to utilise the tools available to me in Rank Math for analytics and optimisation. But I am getting stuck very quickly…

Our website was built for us by a third party, and I am unsure how much Rank Math has been enabled. I am an absolute beginner but keen to learn. I have searched through the knowledge base but cannot resolve the issue below. I hope that you can help.

I am trying to connect our site with Google Analytics, but I don’t think I have achieved this. Shouldn’t the screen below show our site name?

I am assuming as there is nothing in the box above, that is why I am not seeing any data here, is this correct?

You can see how stuck I am getting!

  • Hi,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Yes, that’s correct as no website chosen, hence it isn’t showing any data. Once you click on the dropdown arrow there, and write the name of the domain, do you see it populating there? Rank Math creates Google Search Console account automatically for you.

Please follow these tutorial to be able to connect to your analytics:
How to Connect Your Google Account with Rank Math SEO

Hope this helps solve your issues.

    Thank You

Thank you for your response, it is exactly here (At the beginning) that I am stuck. I write the domain name at the down arrow and nothing happens! https://imgur.com/a/Y01r8uM or https://imgur.com/u2DAheU

I just need to get past this…..

    Hello,

Can you please confirm if you have tried reconnecting your Google account to the Rank Math plugin? Please ensure that you have checked all required permissions when connecting so Rank Math can read all your GSC (Google Search Console) data.

If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,
