I checked the source code of few pages on your website but I did not find any No Index tags applied. I also logged into your website’s admin area, but I was still unable to find the No Index tags.
Your robots.txt file seems fine and the sitemaps are also listing the latest posts of the website.
Could you please share the affected URLs so that we can further investigate the issue? Also, please share a screenshot of the error in your Google Search Console account, you may use a tool like imgur.com to easily share the screenshots link.

I have checked the screenshots and your website settings and everything seems to be correct.
Can you please check if these excluded pages are /feed pages?
Excluded can be due to several reasons like duplicated content. You can read more about it here: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/7440203?hl=en
You can try removing the sitemaps from the search console and submit the sitemap_index.xml and wait for Google to re-crawl and index the pages.

I’ve checked your site, and it seems that your sitemap is already updated. I’ve verified the number of posts, pages, and category pages with your current count in your WordPress, and they are all the same in your sitemap. Your latest’s post is also already showing on the Google search results page.
Rank Math’s not including a page in the sitemap if it is set to noIndex. The image you have sent is a summary of the excluded URLs, which we cannot check further to verify if that’s correct. Please click the row to see the URLs and share a screenshot so we can investigate further.
Also, have you already followed my colleague’s advice above for resubmitting your sitemap?

Additionally, it seems that you haven’t verified the www (or non-www) and HTTP (or HTTP) versions of your website.
Please ensure that only 1 version of the sitemap is working (200 Ok status), and the rest are redirecting to it (301). You can also use this tool to check. Please follow the steps in this link:

After ensuring your sitemap’s version, you’ll need to remove all the sitemaps submitted and resubmit your main /sitemap_index.xml only. Google will then use it to crawl the others.
