Set up redirections programmatically

    Hello,

    I was trying to find if either in free or pro version there is an option to set up redirections through code.

    What I would like to do is before deleting a product to set up a redirection for that url to product’s category.

    Do you have a function to combine with ‘before_delete_post’ in order the redirections to be created automatically?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention.

    Unfortunately, that function could not be achieved through the Rank Math redirections feature in either the Free or PRO version.

    We only have the option to automatically redirect 404 pages to your homepage or specific links through the Fallback Redirection option in Rank Math > General Settings > Redirections:
