If you are using Rank Math for setting up Analytics then you should remove Google Site Kit.
Google site kit is used to show your site analytics and set up Google tools on your site a single Dashboard inside WordPress. The analytics module in Rank Math offers almost similar functionalities customized in our own way to help you improve your site optimization.
There is therefore no need to having both plugins active on your site at the same time. It might even lead to duplicate queries, as they both will be requiring data from your site GSC which may lead to conflicts in the functionalities.
For the GSC errors, Rank Math takes the schema data from your product pages automatically and turns it into Schema-ready content. Likewise, the aggregateRating and review fields are taken from your actual product reviews that your buyers/customers leave on your products.
If you don’t have any reviews yet, that is going to show up as a warning in the schema testing tool. That’s because Google will actually look for those fields.
Please acquire some reviews and ratings to get rid of the aggregateRating and review warnings.

Do you suggest I deactivate the Google site key from the website?

Sure, you can safely deactivate the Google site kit on your website and continue using the Analytics module of Rank Math.

Please note that Ranking on search engines depends on so much more than just your on-page optimization. You could have the perfect article and still struggle to break the top 10 in SERPs. Here are some of the factors search engines considers when ranking you:
1. Your website’s authority
2. Your content’s quality and how better it is than the other article currently ranking.
3. How competitive the keyword is.
4. How many backlinks you have and if they are better than what the other guys ranking for that keyword have.
5. Your website’s crawlability.
6. Frequency of new content and content updates.
7. So much more that there is a dedicated blog post on it by Brian Dean 🙂

There are few issues on your website that can be fixed to improve the overall performance and SEO aspects of your website.
Like, the first issue is that your website’s homepage is missing a meta description tag. You can fix this by adding a meta description to your homepage from your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Homepage > Homepage Meta Description.
If you have a static homepage, then you can follow this screencast to enter the meta description: https://i.rankmath.com/WAxOKi
Next, your homepage is missing the ALT texts in some images. Rank Math can automatically add the ALT texts to the images that are stored on your website and are inside the WP editor window. You can enable this option from WordPress admin area > Rank Math > General Settings > Images > Add Missing ALT Attribute.
