The error shows that there are some issues with how data is sorted and compared in the database and using the ‘Fix Collation’ tool will fix the issue on your website.
Please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click the Fix Collations button to fix the collations in the database:

Are those something to be further investigated or do they sound like to only relate to “collations” that you mention?

Those characters pertain to data that is available on the database of the website but that is outside the control of our plugin.
The first example is looking for the post title which contains those strings and emojis but we don’t have any control over the post title as that is added by the people writing on the website.

Hello, all passwords have now been changed but those errors continue flooding the server.
We are only 2 admins that can post content on this site and we cannot find any trace of those posts.In addition, I just found that the related posts, although not published, are also listed in Google Search Console (see captures below) and I really cannot understand how they can be listed there – even if not indexed – if there is no trace of them in the DB or elsewhere. Any clues? Thanks.

Given that the pages on GSC it means that your website is currently with malware so you really need to make a complete security audit of the website and clean any malware you see on it.
You can also do a live test of one of those pages on GSC and see what is the referring page so you can check where Google is picking them up.
